Service requests reported from the portal are automatically sent to NEXGEN Asset Management and routed to the appropriate maintenance team. Most importantly, customers and employees are updated throughout the lifecycle of their service request.

NEXGEN 311 is seamlessly integrated with NEXGEN Asset Management. With intuitive mapping, NEXGEN automatically assigns new service requests to the appropriate supervisor or work crew based on the service request type.
