This season doesn't revolve around a specific theme, but it introduces a compelling new Tower Troop character — the Dagger Dutchess takes the spotlight. New Tower Troop: Dagger Dutchess
The Dagger Duchess is the newest addition to the Clash Royale Tower Troop lineup, distinguished by her unique combat technique. She begins battle with an intense velocity, hurling a swift series of daggers to deal substantial damage before her arsenal runs out. Following this intense onset, her attacks markedly decelerate as she takes time to restock her weapons.
Though she boasts a superior health pool and higher initial damage output compared to her counterparts like the Princess and Cannoneer, the Dagger Duchess finds it challenging to keep up with robust advances and larger swarm assaults over extended periods due to her diminished attack speed later on. Nevertheless, she shines when confronting smaller troop formations, making her an excellent choice for players looking to manage these situations effectively. Your selection of Tower Troop can therefore be tailored to your strategic preferences.
New Card Evolution: Battle Ram
Adjusting from previous seasons 56 and 57, where we observed two separate evolutions, this current season brings a solo evolution into play. The Battle Ram steps into the spotlight—a card that demonstrated considerable utility before its evolutionary upgrade, positioning it as a likely favorite post-evolution. Upon evolution, the Battle Ram benefits from a substantial enhancement, receiving a 25% increase in hit points (HP), quicker attack tempo with every strike, and an innovative feature known as Super Charge.
The introduction of Super Charge transforms the evolved Battle Ram into a formidable opponent that is challenging to restrain using melee tactics, cluster attacks, or defensive structures. It acquires potent knock-back force against its adversaries, inflicts damage over an area, and can embark on consecutive charges, ricocheting off buildings and towers until its HP is depleted. To activate this evolution, the Battle Ram must successfully execute two cycles of its charging process.
New Tower Skins
In the latest update, we've received confirmation of a new Tower Skin available through Pass Royale. The "House of Daggers" skin can be obtained by reaching Tier 48 in the Gold Tier of the Pass Royale. There has been a notable scarcity of new tower skins lately, but there may be an opportunity to obtain one during a special event, so we're keeping an eye out for that.
Emotes and Banners
According to the latest update, six fresh emotes are slated for release, all inspired by the latest Tower Troop theme and its evolutionary concept. Diamond Pass Royale holders will exclusively receive 2 Banners, while 8 Banners will be available in the Banner Box. In addition, 2 Banners can be earned at no cost through Community Challenges, but none will be offered in the Season Shop.
Season Shop, Card Boosts, and Offers
The Season Shop boasts an impressive array of rewards that you can acquire by redeeming season tokens. Besides the obtainable cards, it appears that banners and emotes are also good choices to spend on since the Barbarian Barrel, Battle Ram, Princess, and Prince cards are available for 500 tokens each. Unfortunately, there are no Wild Cards included at this time.
Those passionate about Card Evolution will be pleased to find Ice Spirit Shards up for grabs in the Season Shop. There is an exciting selection of cards receiving a boost this season, namely the Barbarian Barrel, Battle Ram, Princess, and Prince.
For the inaugural time, the Tower Troop gets its own special segment, with The Cannoneer being introduced as an in-app purchase. This stands out as an excellent opportunity, especially as we anticipate the arrival of additional Tower Troops.
