The app measures the angle of the phone in the foreground service and sends a notification every two minutes when it reaches an angle that causes neck strain.

When you go into usage on the app, you can see pictures that show good and bad. If you are holding your phone at a neck-tight angle, bad will appear, and if you are holding your phone at a neck-tight angle, good will appear.

You can enable 30 minute snooze and stand mode on notification.

30 MIN SNOOZE

If you enable 30 minute snooze, you won't send a notification for 30 minutes.

STAND MODE

When you enable Stand MODE, you average the angle of your phone for one minute and do not send a notification based on that angle. After more than a minute is out of that angle, you start measuring your phone's angle again and send a notification.
