NearMiss

NearMiss is an accident reporting system, targeted to notify managers on accidents, possible risks, ideas and quality deviations.

To start using application:

1. Get credentials (login and password) from manager

2. Add some information to your profile

3. Fill in reports

4. Keep track on reports submitted (3 possible statuses: delivered, in work, processed)

Note that reports are compulsory and every accident, risk and quality deviation must be reported. All reports are taken into consideration by manager and there are no punishments for reporters.
