myRecognition is a self-service platform where employees can nominate their team members in recognition for exemplifying Northwell Health’s Six Behavioral Expectations: Patient/Customer Focus, Teamwork, Execution, Enable Change, Organizational Awareness and Develop Self. Team members can earn points for exhibiting these behaviors and redeem them for a wide variety of items from the online catalog, from retail merchandise to events such as concerts and travel.
