IPO Lisboa

IPO Lisboa is a mobile application reserved exclusively for IPO Lisboa patients.

Registration must be carried out using the mobile phone number associated with the patient's clinical file at IPO Lisboa or with a digital mobile key.

Through the app, patients undergoing treatment and/or follow-up at IPO have access, in a safe and personalized way, to their appointment schedule, treatments, exams, complementary diagnostic and therapeutic means.

Using the app, patients can also schedule medication delivery at the IPO Lisboa pharmacy or request their medication to be sent to a pharmacy close to their place of residence.

The app also allows patients to request reports for the purposes of a medical board or Multipurpose Medical Certificate of Incapacity, an essential document for cancer patients to benefit from the rights that the law grants them.

Through this mobile application, patients can access recommendations and preparations before carrying out analyzes and exams, download attendance statements and consult their history at the Institute.

And because their opinion counts, they can evaluate the quality of care and services that IPO provides and respond to satisfaction questionnaires.

The app also provides institutional information and also allows direct access to the IPO Lisboa internet portal and social networks.

The information collected is exclusively intended to provide this service and can be edited or deleted by the patient at any time.

The data is processed in accordance with the IPO Lisboa Confidentiality, Privacy and Data Protection Policy, under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation in force.

With IPO Lisboa we seek to respond to a need identified by patients and facilitate their contact with the Institute and its healthcare professionals, avoiding travel for reasons that can be resolved effectively and safely through new technologies.

The development of the IPO Lisboa app results from ongoing investment projects in the administrative and technological modernization of the Institute, with a view to digital transformation.
