MyIPO Lisboa

MyIPOLisboa is the mobile app for patients. It allows secure access to your personal area.

MyIPO Lisboa is a mobile application reserved exclusively for IPO Lisboa patients.

Registration must be done with the mobile phone number associated with the patient's clinical file at IPO Lisboa or with a digital mobile key.

Through the app, patients undergoing treatment and/or follow-up at the IPO have access, in a safe and personalized way, to their appointments, treatments, exams, complementary diagnostic and therapeutic means.

In the app, patients can also schedule the delivery of medication at the IPO Lisboa pharmacy or request delivery to a pharmacy near their place of residence.

The app also allows patients to request reports for the purposes of a medical board or a Medical Certificate of Multipurpose Disability, an essential document for cancer patients to benefit from the rights that the law grants them.

Through this mobile application, patients can access recommendations and preparations before carrying out analyzes and exams, download attendance declarations and consult their history at the Institute.

And because their opinion counts, they can assess the quality of care and services that the IPO provides and respond to satisfaction questionnaires.

The app also provides institutional information and also allows direct access to the IPO Lisboa internet portal and social networks.

The information collected is for the sole purpose of providing this service and may be edited or deleted by the patient at any time.

Data are treated in accordance with the Confidentiality, Privacy and Data Protection Policy of IPO Lisbon, under the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation in force.

With MyIPO Lisboa, we seek to respond to a need identified by patients and facilitate their contact with the Institute and its healthcare professionals, avoiding travel for reasons that can be solved efficiently and safely through new technologies.

The development of the MyIPO Lisboa app stems from ongoing investment projects in the administrative and technological modernization of the Institute, with a view to digital transformation.
