The myClaim app is an internal tool designed for employees of myG, a prominent Indian appliance retailer, to manage travel expense claims with ease. With a user-friendly interface and organized workflow, myClaim enables employees to submit, track, and manage travel-related expenses, request advances, and access real-time claim statuses across multiple categories.

Key Features:

User-Level Access Control: myClaim supports four user levels, each with unique access and approval functionalities tailored to streamline expense management.

Submit and Draft Claims: Employees can create new claims, save them as drafts, and review claim histories with real-time status updates. Claims are automatically assigned a unique Trip ID, simplifying tracking.

Advance Requests and Approvals: Employees can request advances, which are displayed in the Advance Request Listing. Reporting personnel can approve or reject advance requests based on company policy thresholds.

Claims Review and Approvals: Reporting users can review claims and escalate high-value claims to managers for approval, while managing-level users have the authority for special approvals, ensuring policy compliance.

Notifications: All users receive timely notifications for claim submissions, approvals, rejections, and status changes.

Comprehensive Claim History: Each claim is categorized and tracked, from branch visits and inaugurations to other travel purposes, offering a clear history and claim management experience.

Profile and Claim Listings: Each user has access to profile details and dedicated screens for claim listings, advance request listings, and approval tracking.
