MyAltaMed is a secure online way to access your health information. Choose when and how to manage your health—at home or on the go, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On MyAltaMed* you can:
- Schedule an appointment
- Message your health care team
- Request a medication refill
- View lab results
- View your After Visit Summary
Before using the MyAltaMed portal you must first request an activation code by:
- Submitting a request on MyAltaMed.net, or
- Calling (844) 498-3446, or
- Visiting a AltaMed clinic
Once you request your code it will be sent to you via text or email. For questions or help enrolling, call (844) 498-3446.
