My SFO floating MES platform specific for the food industry.

The OFS, Oripan Factory System, is a MES software platform at disposal to the management team of the food industry that permits:

◾ to manage all the production steps, from the start of production till the maintenance;

◾ to supervise the production batches and the workers efficiency;

◾ to manage the low level of stocks and to program automatically the orders directly to the supplier;

◾ to analyse the production data in order to improve the efficiency and to maximize the yield of the raw material.

My OFS is part of the OFS platform and it gather data in real time from the production line, in particular it permits:

◾ to verify, also in real time and for different plants, the production progress and the related non complying batches;

◾ to trace the costs related to each production batch;

◾ to analyse the raw material consumption with details on the associated cost;

◾ to keep under control the warehouse and the minimun stock level.
