My Arthritis is an app created to help people living with arthritis self-manage their condition and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
It has been developed by Ampersand Health, in collaboration with leading specialists at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Charity Partners including ArthritisUK.
Using the My Arthritis app, you can build a better understanding of your condition through engaging tools and practical resources, helping you stay on top of your symptoms and support a healthier, more fulfilling life.
