With the MTrack® Go driver app, you have all the options for time and administration management for everything to do with the vehicle and driver, even on your smartphone.

Digital timekeeping made easy

Employees have the option of manually entering working times that they did not use the vehicle for. This means that home office times or activities that are not automatically recorded in MTrack Time by the telematics can be entered in the driver app. Here you can determine whether the time can only be stamped currently using GPS comparison or whether it can also be edited individually by the employee afterwards. All manual entries are highlighted in color so that they are immediately visible in MTrack Time.

Do you want digital delivery notes?

Create any number of different forms in the MTrack software, individually depending on the industry and needs. Forms can also be integrated directly from an external program. Your field staff have access to it via smartphone or tablet via the MTrack Go driver app and can fill it out quickly and easily.

Plan tours and orders via MTrack Go

In MTrack Go, tours are sent directly to the driver via the dispatcher. These tours can contain one or more orders. An order includes the following in the Driver App MTrack Go:

• An address (unloading or unloading address), optionally also coordinates, so that the navigation can be started directly from MTrack Go.

• Information on the contact person at the unloading or unloading location, including telephone number.

• Order information: what to do?

• Various additional checkboxes

• Pallet exchange (how many pallets are handed over, how many pallets are taken back?)

• Scan function of papers via mobile phone camera

• Signature function

Plan routes easily

The routes created in the MTrack software are located at the assigned MTrack Go Login. If you open a route in the driver app, the individual route points are visible. The user now has the option of following the route point by point and being guided automatically from one point to the next using the navigation software installed on the device. This function is an enormous relief for waste disposal companies or bakers, for example, who always drive the same route with their selected points in the same order. Above all, the training period for new employees who have never driven the route is eliminated in many cases completely.

Keep an overview of your maintenance and appointments

In order not to miss any maintenance and appointments, the driver sees all personal appointments on his MTrack Go login. As soon as he is logged on to a vehicle, all appointments and maintenance that are assigned to this vehicle are visible. This tool helps to relieve both the driver and the dispatcher, because the driver can see at a glance which appointments are coming up for him and/or his vehicle in the near future. Vehicle-related appointments are monitored using the four-eyes principle, because both the driver in the driver app and the dispatcher have access to them.
