MSK Remote Monitoring

The MSK Remote Monitoring app is only for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) patients who are enrolled in a Remote Monitoring program as part of their care.

If you are a Remote Monitoring program participant, the MSK Remote Monitoring app helps you stay on track and connected with your health devices.

With the Remote Monitoring app, you can:

• Log in with your MSK MyChart

• Connect your health devices

• Take health readings

• View and share your readings

• Track changes and progress

• Keep MSK care and research teams up-to-date

• Access education about your monitoring device
