About Dr.Jason

Here I would like to bring about the nostalgic memories about my extreme FITNESS CENRE. I can still remember the day when I stepped into this career of “Parallel Bar”.

During my adolescence and in teens, I used to be like a hag, gaunty and lanky person. Criticizers critize me about my poor unappealing physique. As I was too young and tender to handle this embarrassment, I feel into ATELOPHOBIA. I felt grounded infront of my friends and society.

As years passed, I also graduated as a Physiotherapist and started my clinical practice. After four years, I entered into another gerne of rehabilitation that is my Jeyam Spartic Society TVL, It was awesome experience working with special children. I feel its who wew mentally challenged, I feel it’s a great blessing to work for such children. This innocent smiles and pure hearts melted my depression and which made me a confident and a Osteopath.

Owing to the continuous request of my friends and relatives, I opened a gym and that was how “Extreme Fitness Center” born.To play the dual role as a trainer an instructor was indeed a tough task to play,\In the beginning I faced a lot of hurdles. Fitness was something GREEK and LATIN to me, but the thirst to learn something innovative kept on going high. This made me to complete my course on Aerobics and Zumba. Before that I god specialized in my field and become a ZUMBA & REEBOK’s Aerobic Trainer. I got certified by a certification in YOGA THERAPY added more colours to my career and it lighted me up. It’s all purely because of God’s Grace.
