Sport camera recorder to easily create videos for college recruiting (and fun)

Sport Camera Free (SportCam Free) turns your phone into a video camera to assist parents with easily capturing and saving only the best and most recent action. It can be used for recording and preparing college recruiting videos (Volleyball, Basketball, etc). SportCam allows you to decide after each play whether you want to save or delete the last play. You simply click one button after each play and the app does the work and resets itself for the next play.

Instead of recording entire games and going home with hours and gigabytes of videos that need to be processed and filtered, this app allows you to go home with only a handful of short videos that need no further editing or review. This app will save many hours of your time. My daughter just came home from a 3 day volleyball tournament where I used this app to record every game (7 games, 15 sets). I came home with about 30 videos, each one approximately 20-30 seconds long. That is less than 15 minutes of video from an entire weekend of recording.

Once you start recording, the app presents you with 2 buttons, Delete and Save. If you hit DELETE the app simply deletes the current recording and starts recording again, all with the press of single button. If you hit SAVE the app simply saves the current recording and then starts recording again.

THE PAID VERSIONS of this app adds on the feature of allowing you to flag especially interesting videos by tagging them as KILL, BLOCK, DIG, SERVE and SET, as well as STAR the video if it is particularly good. (Or even create your own labels with names of individual players.) These tags all go into the file name so that you can easily sort the action out after the game by just looking at the file names.
