This application has 3 main menu options: View Timeline, Post Status, and Search Feedback.

View Timeline:

You can use the View Timeline menu option to see the latest tweets from your home timeline.

Your home timeline is a long stream of all tweets from those you have chosen to follow on Twitter

with the newest tweets at the top.

Post Status:

You can use the Post Status menu option to engage your customers and address customer complaints without making excuses or shifting blame. This can be an effective tool to rebuild customer service, and promote and protect the company's brand and reputation.

Search Feedback

You can use the Search Feedback menu option to see what people are saying about your business and products by entering keywords. The search result will not only include the tweets but also the locations of where they are sent from, enabling you to focus your efforts in those areas.
