MOZ

MOZ is the first application in Guadeloupe that allows you to order your lunch or taste it directly from your office! Collect your order in a nice take-out bag, all in biodegradable packaging! The restaurant menu is prepared and changed regularly by chef Thibault Barbafieri, Top Chef 2018 candidate. We cook homemade dishes with seasonal, fresh products as often as possible from a responsible and local culture. Balanced and delicious cuisine in an Australian coffee shop where you can also take breaks and find good coffees! Click, choose, order, collect, enjoy!

Our origins:

The Moz is the story of Margaux, globetrotter of the restoration, of his generous temperament and his inexhaustible energy at the service of the customers, of his eight years of culinary discoveries over professional seasons. She finds inspiration from MOZ in the land of Australian ozzies and returns to settle down on her childhood island for a taste trip with mildly spicy flavors.

A well-balanced cocktail of local cuisine and international inspiration, in a setting that fuses urban and Creole trends.
