Created by Ranah Farkhondeh, music industry professional turned holistic trainer and international movement expert.
Each class provides a strategically designed sequence of strength training exercises that build in intensity. From preparation through final push, a carefully curated playlist will move you through each workout’s unique journey.
Classes range from 15-60 minutes and target specific body parts or movement themes. Both weighted and bodyweight workouts are available.
