*** How do I create an organization chart ? ***

First, give a name and description to your organization chart. Then enter the names and details of individual team members by assigning the hierarchy in levels. If Cathy reports to Bob who reports to Alice then Alice is at Level 1, Bob at Level 2 while Cathy is at Level 3.

*** Is MOrgChart used only for hierarchical organization charts ? ***

A chart is a collection of contacts. The most common use of the app is to make these charts of logical clusters of contacts and sharing them with others. Documenting hierarchies is one of the many uses of MOrgChart since hierarchies in an organization need not only be about reporting structure but can also be about power and influence.

*** I do not know the hierarchy of an organization. How do I create a chart ? ***

Say you have 10 business contacts of an organization ABC and you wish to create a chart without any hierarchy. Create a chart and just enter a label like "ABC Contacts" in the highest level and then enter all your contacts as Level 1.

*** What happens when I share my organization chart ? ***

Users with whom you share your organization chart will see your version but will not be able to change it. When you modify your chart, the others will see the changes instantly.

*** I have shared a chart but the information has not reached the recipient. Why ? ***

The reason for this is usually that the mail has reached into recipient's spam folder which needs to be checked. Another reason is that a wrong email address was entered and since the sender does not get acknowledgement from MOrgChart, the mail is assumed to be undelivered.
