There is a need to improve health monitoring through health screening activities, increase the achievement of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the health sector in the health service component of children of basic education age and increase monitoring of remittance iron injection consumption, so that a system development is carried out by utilizing technology, namely the health education "mobscreen" application. Access to this application requires an internet network connection.

The Penjarkes Mobscreen application is a change in form from the manual health screening data collection that was carried out previously, thereby reducing the need for paper and duplication, reducing costs, easy to apply. Health workers no longer need to do data recapitulation, which previously was quite time-consuming. The Penjarkes Mobscreen application contains screening components that can be filled out independently by students/parents, namely the Health Questionnaire, the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) Form, Brain Domination, Learning Modalities, and the rematrical TTD reminder feature.

This application is limited to use in the Special Region of Yogyakarta with the target of all elementary, middle, and high school students and the equivalent, grades 1 to 12, including students in special education and non-formal education. Students have individual accounts. In particular, the target users of the TTD feature are junior high and high school students or their equivalent.
