The supplier will get an order notification from the customer and then the supplier can review the order. The supplier can choose item(s) to sell/reject and add its price etc. Once the order is completed by the supplier, the customer will get a notification of order completion and an invoice will be created and both customer & supplier will be able to view/share/print the invoice from their mobile device.
