RFID or barcode-supported time recording application for SIS evoApps
MobileTimer3, together with the SIS time management solution, enables you to electronically record and document current working and order times (not a stand-alone app). Gone are the questions about when you started work or started or ended your business trip. You can also book working times for orders or cost centers in the field, if desired using a QR code/barcode scan.
Features:
- Simple come/go bookings using button operation
- Freely configurable booking types: coming/going, doctor's visit, official route, break, order assignments, etc.
- When booking, order numbers can be scanned using a camera/NFC chip (QR/barcode), so that times can be assigned to orders down to the minute.
- Transfer of geodata during bookings possible, provided the user allows it.
- All timestamps can be exported as data in csv format via email.
- Additional information and photos can be recorded for bookings (e.g. mileage, departure inspection results, documentation of defects, etc.)
- Offline capable - recorded bookings are cached locally and forwarded when the internet connection is maintained.
