Surveys instantly capture how space is being used during specific time frames. Survey questions can be tailored to the different type of space being surveyed; telephone calls or computer work for desk space, as well as attendance levels for meeting rooms. All completely configurable.
On completion of a survey, the data can be uploaded to WebCoRE for further analysis and review. Reports include occupancy and utilisation levels and graphical visualisation using floor plans.
