The need to explore the scientific treasure contained in the Koran, meets a need increasingly pressing, expressed by new generations. The history of religion shows that ancient people required their prophets to perform miracles and wonders to take their membership. The last two religions before Islam, Judaism and Christianity, have extensively used the extraordinary events to gain followers.

In the absence of more convincing arguments, the method had the advantage of demonstrating that the preachers were endowed with amazing powers so they could only come from a deity. Handled with dexterity, such precious gifts helped convert crowds seeking their side clear signs to rally. Moses and Jesus, like other prophets were great miracle workers. This is evidenced by both the Old Testament and the Gospels and confirmed by the Koran.

Yet it would be wrong to believe that the enthusiasm of the faithful must be attributed to only qualities inspired miracle workers, whatever gifts they give themselves. For the communication of authentic divine message has decisively to win men and women in monotheistic religions that advocate the existence of one God and Almighty. The Holy Quran was revealed that when the Divine Message was forgotten, lost or altered by time and men. The Prophet Muhammad, the last messenger of God, the Hi and blessings of Allah be upon him, was to restore the original purity of God's word and make it the triple seal of authenticity, of 'fastness and durability.

This goal has been fully achieved. Fourteen centuries later, the text of the Holy Quran, was unchanged, as was revealed in the beginning, strictly and forever unchanging. It is not right in fact, that the final orders of Allah, the Lord of the universe, to which mankind were revealed last Messengers, may be corrupted or lost.
