Free, Mercedes Alerta connects you with the Operations and Monitoring Center of the Municipality of Mercedes. The application has three buttons to request 1) medical assistance, 2) firefighters/civil defense or 3) police/citizen security, and allows the operator to know the user's exact location thanks to geolocation.

• Whoever wishes to have this municipal security service must register when downloading the application from the respective stores.

• Downloading and operating the application is free. However, its use may entail additional consumption of “data” from the cell phone service and result in additional billing by the provider of said service, which must be paid by the user.
