Mental Health Screening

Health E Livin provides an opportunity for everyone to anonymously assess their mental health. The app has 4 screening tools; depression screening, anxiety disorder screening, mood disorder screening, and post-traumatic stress disorder screening. Once complete and according to the score, the user will receive a recommendation for evaluation and be directed to the mental health center nearest their location.

The screening answers are deleted once complete. The app can be used over and over to assess the user's mental health. The app can also be used to assist someone in assessing another person's mental health.
