Budapest public transport schedule browser.

The application was created for the city of Budapest, whose primary task is to boost local public transport. The goal of the development is to create a modern version of the classic schedule browsers, supplemented with real-time data.

System

The traffic data comes from a service provider source, but there may be differences in some places!

The application uses a unique timetable format, which is generated by MenetBrand's own generator. The connected online server processes and publishes new schedules for the mobile app on a daily basis.

Internet connection is not required for daily use. The application is designed to be used offline at any time after downloading the first schedule.

With the help of the BKK FUTÁR system, we also present real-time timetables. However, by default, static timetables are still displayed first. Data highlighted in bold on the flight information sheet indicate verified, real-time schedule information.

The application is not official, and its developers are not related to Budapesti Közlekedesi Központ Zrt. The creators of the application strive for precise operation, however, they do not accept responsibility for possible inaccuracies, therefore they cannot be held responsible!

Schedules are updated continuously and automatically. Every time a new schedule becomes available, the application downloads it. By paying attention to the data traffic, users have the option to set the schedules to be updated with any available network or only with a Wi-Fi connection. You can also configure in the settings whether to allow the anonymous processing of usage statistics and whether to display personalized ads.

The use of the application is free of charge for everyone. There are no restrictions and each user has access to each function. For use, only the schedule data needs to be downloaded at least once.
