What if you find that the card isn't right for you? No problem: your trainer can update it at any time.

You will always have your physical activity under control: you will be able to see which exercises are included in your training plan, your progress and how your body changes over time.

Your data history will allow your Personal Trainer to efficiently manage your workouts.

Thanks to the integration with Google Fit, you can also keep track of all your progress in a single screen: steps, calories burned and nutritional data along with those of your workouts!
