characteristic:
1. When connecting to the Arduino web server from a smartphone, an error message is displayed and a connection guide is provided.
2. When connecting the html page of the Arduino web server, it is connected and displayed through the web viewer inside the app instead of the smartphone's web browser.
3. Depending on whether Wi-Fi is enabled on your smartphone before running the app, you will be moved to the Wi-Fi settings page when the app is closed.
