All of the training provided will be tailored to individual goals, whether they are gym based, home based OR specific training focused towards particular intentions / training events such as strength, running, hyrox or hybrid.

All workouts are tracked and logged via the app. You can log your weights, time your rest and manage your progress week on week with the weight tracker telling you how much you lifted the week before. The MaxiFIT app provides you with the right direction towards your goals, highlighting all the weekly wins along the way.
