The food table for 2021. Quick search for Norwegian foods with nutrient content
Search for the nutritional content of over 1700 Norwegian foods. Allows you to quickly search for the nutritional content of a large selection of common Norwegian products. The app also gives you the opportunity to sort the foods by fat, protein and carbohydrates to find suitable foods if you are on a diet, for example. If you are interested in exercise, diet and health, this is a useful application to get an overview of the nutrients in the food you eat.
The app gives you a full overview of calories, fats, carbohydrates, proteins, cholesterol, starch, omega-3, omega-6, sugar, salt and a number of vitamins and minerals. Furthermore, you can easily see how much of your daily needs are covered by 100g of food.
All food information is taken from the Food Table 2020, prepared by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority, the Norwegian Directorate of Health and the University of Oslo.
The purpose of the website is to make the information in the Food Table easily accessible. The table values have emerged on the basis of Norwegian analysis values, calculations, values from foreign food tables and from other sources. Source for the table values can be found by clicking on the individual foods.
