MappyField 365

Mappyfield is an live tracking app to support our plugin Mappyfield 365 for Dynamics 365. It is useful for the businesses around the globe for the field team with the features like appointment of the day being reflected, route optimized as per the appointment for the day, automatic check in and check out when the agent is near the radius of the customer's address.

The application benefits the agent in undertanding the customer's location without much of friction and gives them an optimized route. The application helps the manager in keeping a bird eye on the movement of the agent knowing the route that the agent has opted for, also currently the live location of the agent.

Note: This app will work only with Mappyfield 365 and Dynamics 365.
