Manache Shlok is probably the most well known work of Shri Samarth Ramdas after Daasbodh. It is a philosophical treaties of Shri Ramdas where he beautifully mixes both spirituality as well as management principles.
Manache Shlok literally translates to poems of mind. Samarth Ramdas swami explains in simple words the complexities of human mind and how to tame it. Samarth Ramdas' swami's advice is to be taken seriously as he was also the Guru of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, probably one of the best well known kings and able administrators in last 1000 years or more.
