EXERCISE PROGRAMS

In the app, you have access to three proven programs with different focuses:

• MammaMage, seven levels, from easier exercises to more challenging exercise

• Pelvic floor and breathing, with a focus on strength and relaxation in the pelvic floor, combined with breathing exercises and mobility in the hip joints

• MammaStrength, exercises that strengthen the seat, back, legs, shoulders, and more, using your body weight or light rubber bands

ADVICE AND SUPPORT FROM EXPERTS

In the app, you have the option of buying advice from experts in women's health via chat or video call.
