- Connectivitis: Lupus, dermatomyositis, polymyositis, Sharp syndrome, Scleroderma, primary Gougerot-Sjögren syndrome

- Rheumatism: Rheumatoid arthritis, Spondylarthrites, Pseudopolyarthritis rhizomélique (PPR), Juvenile idiopathic arthritis, Still's disease, Rheumatic fever, atrophic polychondritis and extra: fibromyalgia.

- Vasculitis: horton disease, Takayasu disease, Kawasaki disease, periarteritis nodosa, Churg strauss syndrome, Wegner disease, microscopic polyangiitis, IGA vasculitis, anti MBG vasculitis, anti C1q vasculitis, Cryoglobulinemic vasculitis, hypersensitive vasculitis, Behçet's disease, Cogan's syndrome, Buerger's disease, Raynaud's disease.
