Info for customers of Magio Television on the fixed network and Magio Television via satellite

If you are already a customer of Magio Television, you do not pay for the Magio GO TV additional service. In addition, through the application, you can also set up recording to your Magio Box while away from home or use the Magio Kino paid service directly in the Magio TV application.

Order and activation

To use the application, order the Magio TV service via the Internet or the additional Magio GO TV service to your Magio Television on a fixed network or via satellite on the website telekom.sk/televizia/magio-televizia, by phone at 0800 123 456 or at the Telekom center. After ordering the service, you will immediately receive login data via SMS or email, log into the Magio TV application and use the service to the full.

Availability and compatibility

The application is available for mobile phones and tablets with operating system version 7 or higher and for televisions with Android TV operating system 7 or higher. Due to content protection (DRM), the Magio TV application does not work correctly on rooted devices - Magio TV playback will not start on these devices.
