This app lets you enter your 1 rep maxes for the 5 mad cow lifts, along with your unit (lbs/kgs) and your minimum plate size. It then calculates all of your sets for you and lets you track each workout by simply checking off the sets you've completed!
It also gives you a graph representation of where your main lifts should be over the course of each 12 week program, allowing you to see where you'll be at the end of the course
Once you complete a 12 week cycle, you can simply re-enter your 1RM for each lift and start again with re-calculated numbers!
