Supports the electronic contract signing function, and opens up the interface with the professional third-party electronic contract cloud platform, and adopts blockchain evidence storage, which can make the leasing contract signing process more convenient, standardized and safer, and help enterprises establish an electronic contract management system.

3. Entry and exit management

The electronic application of entry and exit orders is realized, and it is automatically associated with the corresponding electronically signed contracts and equipment rental prices. The equipment details can be directly viewed in the documents.

4. Data analysis

Managers can intuitively view the location distribution, inventory, equipment status, financial revenue and other data of various equipment in the form of a digital cockpit, so that decisions can be made with reason and evidence.

5. Financial settlement

According to the electronically signed contract, the preset equipment rental unit price and the entry and exit order, the corresponding customer's settlement order data can be automatically generated. Managers can easily track and manage all bills and salesperson performance based on the collection records.
