Lyric Search

Lyric Search is a web browser used to search for lyrics, tab and chord charts from online sources.

It has been designed as a companion app for Lyric Pad. and can output retrieved data as simple plain text files or as plain text files with Lyric Pad 2 formatting.

Features of Lyric Search include:

- automatic search for song duration data

- integration into lyric pad 2

- automatic detection of current lyric pad 2 lyrics folder (for save location)

- template database that can be updated from server

- ability to set lp2 font options during file creation

The primary function of this app is to create Lyric Files for use in Lyric Pad from online data sources.

It searches for online data and formats it into a Lyric Pad formatted file and allows the user to save directly into Lyric Pad.
