The application provides a preview of the Central Register of Executions. The user is allowed to luster natural and legal persons. The preview is always valid at the time of lustration and is retained until deleted by the user.

The application uses the official execution database, which is maintained and administered by the Enforcement Chamber of the Czech Republic. All lustrations in this database are in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 329/2009 Coll. charged.

What is the Central Register of Executions?

The Central Register of Executions is a public list, which is maintained, operated and administered by the Executors' Chamber of the Czech Republic in accordance with the provisions of Section 125 of Act No. 120/2001 Coll., The Execution Rules.

What can I not find in the Central Register of Executions?

Unfortunately, the central register of executions does not contain data on the enforcement of decisions kept by courts, executions conducted by state administration and self-government bodies, financial authorities or health insurance companies.

What is the purpose of the Central Register of Executions?

The central record of executions makes it possible to ascertain information on specific execution proceedings, to ascertain whether execution is being carried out against a specific person, which obligation it is enforced and which bailiff was entrusted with the execution.

Why are lustrations charged?

Inspection of the CEE is charged in accordance with Decree No. 329/2008 Coll., On the central register of executions. Each individual lustration is charged, even if the subject of the lustration has not been traced. It is charged to display both the detail of the lustration and information on whether or not the execution was traced to the subject. Lustration costs also include Google fees, taxes, and developer share.
