The Lumen Athletics app has general and individualized programs for athletes in various stages of their athletic season. We have individual guided and remote training programs for athletes that are looking to improve their speed, power, jumping, change of direction (agility), general strength, multi faceted strength (i.e. muscle endurance, hypertrophy and max strength) aerobic and anaerobic conditioning etc. Training programs are designed by former D1 athletes, college graduates of Kinesiology or Human Performance, and/or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified coaches.
