When you turn on your phone, it does not matter which application is currently in the foreground, a bubble with a picture that you choose, is always floating around.

You can put a Name or Smileys on it. Move it around and customize it as you like. It can even shows the exact time period to a special date you add. E.g. birthday of your child or an anniversary.
