Not only that, but 'Lotte Hotels & Resorts group' also opened the 'Lotte Hotel Moscow' which is rated as 6 star hotel in Russia, as well as 'Lotte Legend Hotel Saigon' in Vietnam, 'Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace' in Uzbekistan, and 'Lotte Hotel Guam' in the United States, and it is taking off as one of the world largest Hotel resort groups. Lotte Hotel is now a global hotel & resort brand spreading beyond from Asia to the worldwide nations with its steadfast and luxurious service and facilities for customers to feel as relaxed as possible, while impressing them in many aspects.

2. The main features of the App

- Hotel Information: Provision of the location of domestic/foreign Lotte Hotel branches and weather information in each areas.

- Facility Information: Provision of detail and photo information of restaurant, guest, banquet, wedding rooms, and other facilities.

- Membership: Provision of the basic information regarding the membership, registration, and log-in features of the membership.

- Reservation: Reservation for the restaurant, hotel & resort rooms, and package service (Info. regarding special offers from each hotels will be provided.)

- Tour Guide: GPS shopping, restaurant, entertainment, and sightseeing locator and info. provided (Only applies to the hotels in South Korea.)

- Multilingual Support: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese.

- Other features: Live currency calculator and blog reviews regarding each hotels (Only applies to the hotels in South Korea.)

3. Overview of service permission

- Alerts: To receive information on new packages and promotions

- Gallery: To save a Rewards online card or attach file(s) when using Customer Voice or Live Chat

- Camera: To take photo(s) to make inquiries via Customer Voice or Live Chat

- Bluetooth: Use for Mobile Key service

- Location: Can be used to search for nearby hotels based on current location

- Contact: To access and edit contacts when sharing a Mobile Key
