As per the new Finance Bill from Income Tax Department of Govt. of India,it is now compulsory to provide Aadhaar and permanent account number (PAN) details while filing tax returns. And Aadhaar and Permanent Account Number (PAN) must be linked. In case, they are not linked, then the PAN number will get cancelled. The Rule is going to be applicable from 1st July 2017, therefore every PAN card holder must link his PAN card with Aadhar card.
