Facility Case Management Application
Facility Mobile Application is designed to help NTUC learning hub users to report facility related issues & queries to facility management through their Android devices using this application.
- Users can report facility issues with photo.
- Users can also report facility issues without photo.
Once case reported immediately facility admin will be notified. Facility admin can attend the issue, if more information required he can request the user by communicating inside the app. All the conversations are recorded.
