LEZO is a mobile application which, using a series of hashtags, intelligently categorizes the information exchanged within a community of road users in order to and presents them in a way that makes them useful for the needs of traffic information.
As the content is generated directly by users, a code of good conduct is essential to channel exchanges so as to share only reliable and useful information, and to set limits not to be exceeded.
The monitoring system designed to ensure control is made up of backoffice moderators, buttons for reporting non-compliant content, and a set of severe penalties that can go as far as the final deletion of the account for those who do not. The reliability and usefulness of shared information are the standards that guarantee the credibility of the network.
LEZO has an information service (Infos LEZO) managed by an internal editorial staff whose mission is to supplement the information generated by users with information provided by the teams in the field and official partners involved in this sector.
