Lagan Ribs takes pride in its creative flair, which, combined with their extensive experience in the hospitality sector, makes for an original and moreish food experience.

Lagan Ribs uses locally sourced ingredients, where possible, to produce marinated, slow-roasted, pulled pork rib meat; served in a freshly baked bap with a delicious sauce accompaniment.
