Management of permanent employees for small, domestic and other businesses

This app was design to be an intuitive and powerful way to manage your permanent employees with minimum effort. Ideal for management of (not limited to) domestic workers, au pair and permanent employees in any business

Features of the application includes

- Clock in/out (work zone related clock in/out is optional per employee)

- Leave management and tracking

- Item request

- Loan management (soon to be incorporated)

Overview

- Employer registers on the Labour log

- Employer creates the employees in the application with relevant details (login, work hours and days, leave allocation etc.)

- The employer can specify the work location of the employee on a map and have the option of indicating if the employee should only clock in/out in the work zone (200 meter radius) - optional per employee

- The employee will log into the application with the details as supplied by the employer

- Thereafter the employee can clock in/out

- Employee can request leave. An e-mail will be sent to the employer notifying them of the new request. The employer can then approve or decline the leave request

- Employee can request an item. An e-mail will be sent to the employer notifying them of the new request and the employer can action the requested item accordingly

To elaborate on the item request mentioned above - the employee may run out of a specific item while performing their jobs. The item request function allows the employee to specify what is needed and you will receive a mail and you can action the employee's request accordingly

In many cases the employer and employee are not working in the same location and you need to keep track of your employees h.r. related issues

The sick leave function was built into the application to cater for the South African laws and we will also adapt this function to include a more generic sick leave management system to cater for other countries as well
