1. Federation of Kshatriya Youth Sangams (FKYS) is an Independent Non-profit Organization (NGO), with its own board of Directors. FKYS is created, managed and controlled by Young and vibrant youth who have resolved to improve the lives of under-privileged section of people with-in Community as well as others in the Society. FKYS main focus is to provide services and leadership to meet the emerging needs of YOUTH and their families.

2. FKYS goal &objective is to support the individuals not only with Education, Skill based training for employability and health perspective guidance, but also provide advice on matters of welfare, individual and career development opportunities to unemployed and those at risk of retrenchment.

3. FKYS has built a strong partnership with local and international firms, to facilitate on-the-job training opportunities in order to provide valuable work experience that may lead to permanent employment with good career development prospects.
