As the Mentor of (Singtel) Shopify Asia Build A Business Competition, As a mentor, she have to get the participants into the right frame of mind for entrepreneurship as it is the first step for their takeaway. They have to commit themselves wholly into the competition and tell themselves that they will do whatever it takes to succeed. I hold weekly mentoring sessions online in my #YouArePossibleAcademy private Facebook group to help online business owners get focused and give guidance. To date, Genecia has conducted training for many beauty pageant contest in Singapore, among others; training contestants on deportment, etiquette, self-confidence, personal branding, interpersonal communication, and other related topics.
