I created this app to help me and my coach during work-out sessions. A big display is very helpful when the stop watch is placed at a distance or for people who have difficultly looking at small font up close.

Unlike other stop watches, the focus in this app is on the current lap time instead of the total time.

The colour theme will be set based on ambient light. White on black background if light is low. Black on white background otherwise. The colour theme can be changed explicitly by long pressing on the total time elapsed.

A single touch will start the stop watch. A single touch when watch is running will start a new lap. A long press will stop the stop watch. When the stop watch is stopped, a a long press will present a prompt. Selecting ok on that prompt will reset the stop watch or selecting email will help you email the contents of stop watch in a format suitable to be opened in a spreadsheet.
